Whether it is through the yearly Winter Drive - the mega car show and toy drive Purist has been hosting in LA since 2013, or through the sending of disadvantaged kids to Formula 1 races through the Parc Fermé Foundation, both share a common mission of helping deserving kids.

Founded by Sean Lee, the Purist Group is more than just a car club & charity. In its 14 years, it has become a guiding light for bringing the automotive & motorsports community together and giving back to those in need.

Throughout the years the Purist Winterdrive has become a cherished tradition in East LA, igniting a spirit of generosity in the weeks leading up to Christmas. Combining a massive car show with a toy drive, the event draws car enthusiasts from far and wide, gathering toys, backpacks, and essential supplies to benefit communities in need. With each passing year, the event's turnout continues to grow, and Sean and his team collect and distribute over 5,000 backpacks and 20,000 toys, all thanks to the generous support of sponsors and supporters. It's a beautiful sight to see.

Beyond the million-dollar hypercars, legendary racecars, music, food trucks and special guest appearances is a personal drive for Sean. Though he found success as an adult, he knows all too well what it’s like to be one in need. Having experienced homelessness during his youth, Sean's storied journey fuels his relentless passion for giving back and doing what he can to help provide those in similar circumstances with toys, warm new clothes, school supplies and most importantly of all - hope.

This Parc Fermé garment uses our bespoke vintage-washed 100% cotton French Terry weave. Milled and sewn in the sprawling hills of Portugal by the same artisans behind Palm Angels, Louis Vuitton and Off-White. Each piece is treated by hand and thus each piece is unique. It is designed to be worn and to naturally distress over time.

Will it shrink in the wash?
It will not shrink if you follow the wash instructions outlined on the inseam tag (wash cold, hang/flat dry). If you wish to shrink it down a little though, you may wash cold and tumble dry on low heat.

Does it come with stickers?
All hoodie orders include a variety of stickers from our motorsports collection.

Why preorder?
Since we produce our own garments from the ground up and in small batches, we limit each release so that we have enough pieces on hand. We do not use off-the-shelf blanks, and thus we are not able to oversell.

A portion from each item sold goes directly towards our Non-profit - the 'Parc Fermé Foundation' - where we're on a mission of sending young race fans on race experiences, with the focus being on young fans who are battling difficult challenges that life has thrown their way, or who just wouldn’t have the means to make it to the race if not for a foundation like us stepping in.

It’s by the Motorsports community for the Motorsports community, for those that are young and call the community their home, but due to their circumstances they’ve very often been on the outside looking in.
